Oxford University Boat Club (OUBC)

Creation of a new Boathouse for the Oxford University Rowing Club.  This provided training facilities for the teams at all levels within the club and allowed direct access to the rover from within the boat store underneath the clubhouse.

The whole project was designed to be above the one in a hundred year flood level, which in itself brought some interesting challenges.
