LEDA was conceived by the Managing Director, Phil Leonard in 1993 with the sole aim of providing clients a higher quality of building services consultancy than they could procure elsewhere.
Kev Leonard joined the company in 2001 & Matt Painell joined in 2005; both became Directors of the company alongside Phil in 2008.
We are full members of the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE) & the Building Services Research & Information Association (BSRIA) which assists us in keeping up to date with all the latest regulations and research.
We hold all necessary professional insurances with a professional indemnity cover of £10 Million, although we have never had a claim against us in 20 year of business.
